Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage | 1h 30min | 70€

A full body massage with warm oils adapted to the condition/constitution of the person. The Ayurvedic or Abhyanga massage not only relieves stress and tension, but also revitalises the whole body and spirit. It also calms the mind, improves circulation, nourishes the skin, promotes detoxification and balances the vital energy. This is not just a simple relaxation or wellbeing massage. It works on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level. Ideally, the massage should be part of a holistic plan.

A prior consultation is required to determine the person's condition, the type of substance to be used, the frequency, any contraindication. If you have any questions before making an appointment, please do not hesitate to contact me by email (ayurveda.nani@gmail.com).

Basti | 30-60min | Price depends on many factors

Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment in which warm medicated oil is retained on specific areas of the body using a dough. It can be applied to different parts of the body depending on the area to be treated: lower back, neck, along the spine, lungs, liver, navel, bladder, knees. It is a local and therapeutic treatment preceded by a massage. For instance, it is used to deeply nourish and soothe the tissues, relieve chronic pain, promote digestion or balance the nervous system, depending on the area and the oil used.

Basti is usually integrated into a comprehensive therapeutic approach and requires a prior consultation to assess the person's condition, determine whether it is the appropriate treatment, and decide on the type of substance to be used, the frequency, the location, any contraindication.

Udvartan, udgarshan & utsadana| 75min | The price depends on many factors

A stimulating and dynamic Ayurvedic body treatment performed with herbal powders, flours, and—according to the individual’s needs—medicated oils. The treatment may be applied locally or to the entire body and is traditionally used to stimulate circulation and metabolism, reduce sensations of heaviness, and support the body’s natural elimination processes. These therapies are especially recommended in cases of ama (toxin accumulation), excess kapha, fluid retention, cellulite, physical stagnation, and as complementary support in healthy weight management. Depending on the technique and therapeutic objective, the movements may be vigorous, dry, or combined with oil, always adapted to the person’s condition and constitution.

A preliminary consultation is required to assess the individual’s needs, determine whether the treatment is appropriate, select the substances to be used, define the recommended frequency, and decide whether a localized or full-body treatment is most suitable.

Thermal therapy - Swedhana | +15 min | +15€

Thermal therapies are complementary Ayurvedic treatments that use heat therapeutically to support the body’s natural processes. They are traditionally combined with Ayurvedic oil treatments to enhance their effects, promoting the opening of pores, the mobilisation of toxins, and deeper absorption of medicinal oils. Heat helps relax the muscles, relieve tension, stimulate circulation and perspiration, support elimination processes, and promote a state of deep relaxation. In Ayurveda, these techniques also help unblock the body’s channels and promote better circulation of energy and fluids. I offer local heat therapies (e.g., Nadi Swedana, mud packs), as well as full-body treatments, such as the sauna.
